Call for Participants in Nutrition Perception Study

Researchers at the University of Lincoln’s National Centre for Food Manufacturing (NCFM) are currently conducting a study to investigate the public’s knowledge of nutrition with the aim of identifying the factors affecting its perceptions of calories and nutritional values. We would be grateful if you could kindly spare approximately 5 minutes of your valuable time to complete one of the following two questionnaires. It is entirely up to you to decide which one to complete but please choose only one of them.
